Most documents go through a traditional stream from input channel, cross departments until the final destination. All this steps are eliminated by technology.

- OCR FEATURE (Optical character recognition) transforming data into editable text allowing you to convert different types of documents (scanned, PDF, images) into editable and searchable data.
Imagine that you have a PDF Contract sent by a partner via email. With this function, the PDF document is scanned and opened, the data is recognized and saved n a convennient format. Subsequently this data can be exported to the App thus eliminating scripted and manual work. All documents/data , regardless of format or channel of input are converted into databases save in CLOUD, accesible at any time and from any place.
- MAIA FEATURE (MY AI ASSISTANT) – Interactive Voice Recognition lets you automate customer interaction by voice recognition and data/request registration in our App.
Do you have new orders for products or services? MAIA can be your virtual assistent who automatically takes over and registers the order in the App and transfers it to the responsible department of the company, thus replacing the loss of time and the human resource through automation. Moreover, MAIA cand also retrieve emailed requests and can respond on a predefined script.
- WEBSITE INTEGRATION – The App allows integration with the company’s website by publishing dynamic online templates. Through this templates, the documents/data are automatically registered, assignet to the person or department authorized to resolve them and archived online.
